As a home owner on old 37 N whose property’s easement is being used for the new line, I have some questions. The work has torn up an existing asphalt sidewalk that runs from marlin to the first house on Old 37 N along with a retaining wall in front of my house, my property sits down form the road. On College Mall Road 3 street lights are out (on college mall road itself- city property)- in front of Xfinity, in front of 5 Guys, and in front of Bloomington Hardware Traveling west on College Mall Road (same street) closer to 2nd- a light is strobing- hard to tell which exactly On State Road 45/46 two street lights west of Kinser just before ramp to freeway (near prior road construction site), 2 street lights are out

Multiple street lights are out in Fritz Terrace neighborhood. Several are out on Parkview Dr, as well as the light at Winding Way and Kingsley. There may be others out as well.
