Used as a "shooting gallery" for intravenous drug use. 10 uncapped syringes collected from this building 8-21-19 by MC Health Dept. Interior littered with trash and feces. This is an attractive nuisance and a hazard to the public. Children witnessed exploring the interior subject to accidental needle sticks.

The vacant northwest parcel located at the Countryside Lane and Starview Lane intersection is severely overgrown with noxious weeds and grass. Snakes and rodents are frequently seen in the area and many small children live in nearby homes.
Junk/waste is stacked up in driveway and around house.
Lawn needs cutting
I wonder what can be done about 2102 E. Wimbleton Lane in southeast Bloomington. No one has lived there a several years. Someone does cut the lawn, but the house is aging and in disrepair. In the past months, the gutter over the garage is falling off and the house is becoming a real eye-sore. Can anything be done to locate the owners and have them keep up maintenance on the house? Coming back to case #166781. What did the inspector find out? There are still vehicles on the grass, one does not even have a license plate. There are bags with garbage (or something) in front of the garage door and multiple tires stacked up in the yard. It still looks like a junk yard. I am talking about the house on the right side of 500 Eastside Drive, adjacent to the Hunter foot path.
