I am a bicyclist and must use the sidewalks occasionally because of lack of bike lanes. At 701 S. High St., there is a culvert that borders the house and the apartment building. Weeds are growing out of the culvert and blocking the sidewalk, creating a hazard. It's not clear if it's the homeowner's responsibility or the city's to remove the weeds. Weeds are also protruding from the property onto the sidewalk.

I am a bicyclist and must use the sidewalks occasionally because of lack of bike lanes. The large house on the NE corner of S. High and Maxwell (I believe it is 831 S. High) has large bushes that protrude onto the sidewalk and vines that cover about 1/3 of the sidewalk, creating hazards for pedestrians and bicyclists alike. The homeowners have neglected to trim the bushes and vines for years.

This car has been parked in front of my house for over a month. It is leaking oil and has a flat tire and no residential permit. I called parking enforcement early in September after the car had been there over 2 weeks. I reported it via this website last Saturday. It now has 4 tickets on it but it's still there. The Winslow/S. Walnut intersection is such a mess, especially when you're heading west. There is only 1 westbound lane & traffic gets so backed up if someone is trying to turn left to head south on Walnut. Since the straight & left turn lanes are the same now, can the lights be changed? It would be good if only 1 direction goes at a time. Westbound has green light for turning & straight traffic, while eastbound has a red light. Then it reverses. I used to take that route every day coming home from work. Now I go an entirely different way because it's really out of control. People sit there for several rounds of green lights when the person in front is trying to turn left. Please consider this as a solution?
