Street signs at Thornton Drive and Highland Avenue have been knocked down and are lying on the ground.
Many potholes
The signal at W 3rd St and Liberty: Left turn arrow from west-bound lanes has been shortened to allow only two cars to turn left. The left turn lane has recently been lengthened and now it backs up even more — such that at busy times of day, there are twenty cars waiting through multiple cycles. The lane was extended because those turning left often blocked the the westbound lanes at busy times. Now there is a worse problem for those turning left at Liberty. This must be an error in the timing of the left turn signal. Please check it out. Thank you.
Pothole! No need to follow up with me, just getting the ticket in the system :) Thank you!
With all the new people coming to town I think it would be helpful to place one of those yellow safety signs on the B- line where the B- line crosses Kirkwood like the one on 6 th where the B-line crosses it. I have lived here quite awhile and I still often forget to check for pedestrians, bicyclists, scooter, etc crossing the B-line on Kirkwood. In fact I think it would be helpful to place these yellow safety signs wherever the B-line crosses the streets.
Wasn't there a stoplight on the crosswalk pole on the southwest corner of the 3rd and High St intersection?? What happened to it? Now, when you pull up to turn left onto High St, you can't see the light. Has this been like this for a while and I'm just now noticing it? We need that post stop light.
A car lost control on northbound Dunn Street towards heading towards Lake Griffy dam. This photo is a street light she hit and dislodged on North Dunn Street across from Lakewood Drive at the entrance to Blue Ridge housing addition. I believe a contributing factor to this accident is the many warning signs on northbound Dunn Street leading up to this location that are covered with leaves and branches, obscuring them. I have additional photos of the signs covered with so many leaves that you can hardly see them.
pothole, approximate location, not too deep
This morning a landscaping crew on Jordan Ave. between 7th St. and the Jordan River was using leaf blowers to pile leaves in the south-bound bike lane blocking it. I did not see any signage indicating that the bike lane would be closed or any collection truck nearby that would have cleared the leaves. I'm concerned that this might be normal procedure to use the bike lane instead of the curb.
