This Lime Scooter was blocking the handicap accessible ramp on the north side of the law school. In the area of 4th and Indiana. I moved it because this was a serious problem that I could not leave as is. 9:30am. Scooter is nearby still. Hopefully some enforcement action can be taken.

The Staff Directory on the city website does not work. I know there is a Danna Workman somewhere, but the search option cannot find her. Not can it find anyone who I know works for the city. Can you check out this issue? Specifically I am looking for the email address of Rhea Carter, Kenneth Lifford (I have seen different spellings of his name) and Raye Ann Cox. An answer from them in reaction to a UReport case I filed is not so helpful, because I cannot answer them back. Thanks!

Dear Bloomington water department., Last week my pipes froze your team came to my home promptly and turned off the water right after calling for an emergency shut off at the meter. I am back to town and would like to have your team come back to my home and turn the water back on at the meter. Please let me know if this can happen this afternoon, I would like to be at the house when the water is turned back on so that I can deal with any water issues if I have a broken pipe. Thank you! Lots of cardboard boxes that are falling apart have been sitting in the yard at 1709 Circle Drive near the corner of Eastside Drive for weeks now.

Can the bus slow down a bit on Morningside Drive please? Scared a kid will get hit. I appreciate the speedy service and option in the neighborhood, but also value our pets and kids not expecting a big bus to zip by. Thank you!

There are two storm pipes located just north of the IMI concrete facility on Rogers, directly across the street from the warehouse. One storm pipe appears to be mostly blocked by debris (lumber, branches, some plastic and other trash). The second pipe is mainly blocked by a large dam of branches. Water is slowly flowing over the dam and draining through the southern pipe. Yesterday, 04 Feb, the water level appeared to be approximately 6 inches above the makeshift dam.
