gutters and sidewalks throughout the downtown are being overgrown with weeds
I own property at the lower end of Brooks Drive (1305). The section between where the cutout for my neighbor's drive and my property is covered by an easement I granted several years ago to the city. That section of pavement is badly in need of new blacktop as is the driveway on my property. I need to get some guidance about what I can do--and any help the city might provide. This box (from AT&T) has been hanging over the easement of our property for over 6 months now. AT&T was notified in February, came out and said they'd get to it during a "down time". Nothing has happened on it yet. I don't know what I can do as a homeowner since it is in the easement, is there a number we could call that you might have or is there any assistance you could offer us? Thank you for your help! The water supply has had a noticeable odor an taste, over the past few weeks. Both at home, and at work. I've asked around and all of my colleagues on campus agree.
Weeds overhanging sidewalk on SW and SE corners of property, but it's not clear if plants belong to this property or the neighboring ones.
Construction project occurring without posted permit. Porch has been removed, huge pit in front yard several days ago.
