On February 24 during a wind storm a tree, which stands near the power line between Arden Dr. and Queens Way, dangerously cracked. The workers from Duke Energy, who cut a big portion of the tree, understandably didn’t want it to fall on the power line. They did it in a such way that branches fell to our back yard and even damaged the fence. Duke doesn’t want to remove debris and repair the fence. Despite the tree stand on the land belonging to Duke (or town?) and the damage was not the act of nature, they claim that it is not their responsibility. Trying to figure out who and when will my driveway and curb be repaired? Some weeks back the main water line busted and to fix it the utility company had to cut out part of my driveway, curb and street. When can I expect some solution?

the traffic light at the corner of 2nd street and high street needs fixing. the turn arrow going south (coming from the east) always engages, even with no cars in the turn lane. and it stays for a long time. this has happened several times in the past.

Our recycling bin was only half emptied this morning. It seems to be a regular problem for us, but there doesn't seem to be anything stuck that would be blocking it from being emptied. Will you please send a truck to empty our recycling bin? Thank you!

Good Morning. Our recycling container was not fully emptied this morning. Would you please have the recycling truck come back by our home to fully empty our containers? My bill does not seem correct. I have gone through the past year of bills and the water usage and the wastewater usage have always been equal. This month it it showing my water usage as being 7, which is much higher than normal, normally a 3, and the wastewater usage is still at a 3. Is there a way to find out if this is correct or not? Doesn't seem right to me.
