Hi, First, thank you for removing the leaves from Park Ridge Park, the excellent park in the Park Ridge neighborhood, in April. Now, it seems like it is in need of a little bit of post-winter care. The areas where the leaves laid overwinter have become bare (see the picture). This is a spot that the Parks Department has worked hard trying to recover before and I suppose it is time work on it again. There are also other bare spots in the park where leaves had laid over winter (by the shelter - to the east) and for some unknown reason to the south of the swings. Could these areas please be addressed with grass seed and straw to make sure that park stays maintainable, that the structures don't end being compromised by erosion, and to make the park less of a mess after a rain? Also, the mulch covering the area underneath the playground structure may need refilled, in particular underneath the swings. Finally, is there a regular schedule under which these aspects of the park(s) get addressed? I am sure there are priorities and limited resources. We do not want to bother the department - if we knew that this maintenance would be done (based on a known schedule), then we would only have the thank yous to include instead of a thank you and a request. I live at 3500 E Morningside Drive in Bloomington (47408), and there is quite a bit of water rushing through the culvert along Morningside drive, coming from the east. I expect there is a water main break somewhere east of my house. (2/2/2019 - 7:44 a.m.)

Any way the stop e signs can get extra visible on N Smith ? People drive through n and s all the time without stopping. Skid marks are there now. Today almost was his by one car as I turned out of Morningside and saw another later in the day go through. I know lights may not work, unless there is solar?, But I'm pretty sure I've seen other ways of emphasizing a stop sign. Please and thank you. Especially since a bike path east/west too.

Apparent water leak in front of 3901 E Saratoga (Park Ridge East, NE corner of Smith and Morningside) with stream of water going into street for weeks

It appears that a lateral has broken on the north side of Morningside Drive just east of Smith road. Water is continually running from the tree plot into the gutter.

Not sure how to report this but a tree makes a street name sign at Saratoga and Morningside hard to see. Could you all trim the branches back? Thank you.
