We're moving to B'ton in July on S. High St. Our moving van will need to block S. High for 4-5 hours on a weekday; do we need a permit to have the truck block a bus route, and what is the cost if yes?
Neighbors have a very old camper trailer that has been parked on the street in front of their house for approximately 3 weeks now. It disrupts the street flow at times and is an eye sore for the neighborhood.
Status says case #168693 is closed yet this semi continues to block traffic by parking on the wrong side of the road as we as blocking city bus stop. Approximately 7:30 am Tuesdays. Very dangerous. Manager of stores does not understand why truck does not use lot as they used to do. I have lived on Lincoln and driven by this location for 6 years, this has just started in the last month or so.
1115 S Walnut, Circle S and the corner of grimes and walnut. 7:30 am. Semi parked on the wrong side of the road on grimes. The truck is headed east, parked in west bound lane. The truck parks there to make a delivery rather than parking in the lot. Driver headed towards walnut have drive in eastbound lane to pass, blocking that lane. The truck is also blocking the city bus stop. I am sure that the truck is gone by the time this report is received, but the when I asked the manager about this since it is happening every Tuesday, he replied that is the way that company does it and people will just have to be patient. I disagree. This is not a beer truck on walnut where there are two other lanes to get around. This is a semi truck parked on the wrong side of a small road blocking traffic and a city bus stop even though there is ample space in the parking lot to do their job.
No visible license plate. Permantely parked with cover on it.on city street.
Saturn ( possible auction vehicle ) was dropped in our parking lot at 1701 East Second Street, United Presbyterian Church, several months ago. We put a notice under the windshield twice for the owner to contact the office about the vehicle. No one has contacted us. As the picture illustrates, the car isn't fully in the parking space, causing a hazard when people try to exit our parking lot. We must assume the vehicle is abandoned as no one has moved it in over 3 months and no one will contact us about it. There are numbers on the windshield that might be from an auction.
Parked in Templeton school parking lot for over a year. Expired plates.
