The sidewalk at 1107 S. Fairview at the property's secondary entrance is always either flooded, slick mud, or covered with dirt and grass is now taking root across it. Until very dry periods one must walk out in the street to get around it. Likewise, the weed trees at the line between 1107 and the apartment complex to the north are overgrown to a point that the sidewalk is becoming increasingly impassible.
My neighbors have a large designated parking area behind their house but continue to just park in the yard as opposed to using it. Not a huge deal but it’s a well used alley and they are killing the grass and it will be a mud pit sooner or later. Plus it’s just annoying since they have a large parking area ten feet away.
When going north on S. Dunn street when you get to the intersection at Grimes you can not see around the cars parked on the south east and south west corners. You have to inch out into the intersection putting the front of the car in the middle of the road before you can see anything. The same thing happens when biking. We live on S Dunn and deal with this issue daily. The street parking on Grimes at the intersection when cars are parked make it impossible to see traffic both directions.
Alley between Hawthorne and Ballentine. Pedestrian nearly hit on sidewalk
The accidents at Smith and Morningside need to stop. Another just happened. PLEASE put solar flashers on the Smith stop signs or even cross flags to get folks to actually stop there appropriately. Dangerous for cars. Deadly for bikers.
Tenth street sidewalk on north side east of Washington - overgrown!
Resident's bushes are growing over the sidewalk and obstructing foot traffic.
The alley next to 1010 W 7th's fence has enough growth that it is impossible to pass by in a car without driving through it somewhat. Overgrown shrubbery causing line of sight issue at corner of 11th and N. Walnut. It's growing at base of business sign. Position of shrubbery causes cars turning left onto one way to pull up pretty far to see and risk being hit by cars turning onto 11th street.
