At Walnut & Winslow: Two signs on a utility pole on the north east corner and a sign on the ground next to the sidewalk. Then on the northwest corner there is a sign in the grass by the sidewalk. These signs are so annoyance. Can these be removed?
111? E. Kirkwood: Some sort of restaurant runoff (floor cleaning water?) is dumped from behind Opi Taylor's/Malibu. This goes on year round, but creates a sheet of ice in the winter (as it is today). The water runs/ices in front of an empty lot, so no one deals with the sidewalk. It's approx. 111? E. Kirkwood, just past the alley behind Book Corner, just at the start of the parking lot next to CVS. I originally reported this in 2017, I guess before it was cold. ureport#161324 and I was told it was runoff from an AC unit, which I think we can be sure is not the case in today's weather. I'm a daily walker from the near westside to campus. This is an ongoing problem. I really would like someone to just take some responsibility for either the initial liquid or the ice that results. Hello, We live in the Echo Park community (2780 S. Walnut St. Pk.). We basically do not have safe walking access to the nearby Winslow Street. Families and the elderly risk their lives walking on the side of the asphalt, at a pretty dagerous intersection (cars do not have good sight when they turn to this street). Adding a short sidewalk would solve this problem. See picture attached (the problematic area is marked in red). It is a tragedy waiting to happen. Thank you.
Unkept yard with poison ivy spilling on to sidewalk
This hole has been in the sidewalk for almost a year now. Located on the North sidewalk of E. 4th St. between S. Washington and S. Walnut.
There is a raised sidewalk on Moores Pike between S. Clarizz Blvd. and S. Fenbrook Ln. The sidewalk is raised about 3 feet above street level and there is no rail between the sidewalk and the road. It's dangerous to walk along the sidewalk especially if you're using a stroller.
Hi! This protrusion of stair rail is sharp and safety hazard for pedestrians crossing on sidewalk. This is in front of urban Urban Outfitters in Kirkwood Avenue.
