There is a big piece of steel rebar sticking out of the sidewalk near the eastern entrance to 2427 E 2nd Street. It's become a safety issue for cars and pedestrian as many kids walk through there to get to the elementary school. Unsure if since it's an IU office if it's IU property? Kidnappers and house buying scams! Now that we have your attention -- please remove these ugly / junk signs for escape rooms and house buying phone numbers from Winslow & Walnut. On the north east corner there are five - count them, five - signs posted on utility poles and next to the road and sidewalk. This is absurd.

This trees roots are causing the sidewalk to raise becoming a trip and falling hazard. Additionally its branches set right above our driveway where we park our vehicles. There have been smaller branches that have fallen on our vehicles during heavier rainstorms. We want to avoid a major problem since the branches hang directly over our driveway.

Terrific on the new low income sidewalk program. But residents other than property owners use them too. Please have any owner, low income or not, fix the red poor condition sidewalks. Plus there are low income families in other zones so unfortunate that they can't participate. Wouldn't it make more sense to prioritize the worst and busiest sidewalks and fix them systematically instead of by piecemeal application? An amazing sidewalk system that is kept as nice as you all do the roads would be great. Thank you for continuing your work on multiple good transportation options.
