Hi, W 3rd just before Roselawn cemetary, there is an alley that leads to 4th St. It would be great to have a sign that faces W with a bike on it pointing toward 4th St. It would help bicyclists coming from Patterson addition and the soon-to-be affordable project at Walker, cycle on 4th St to town and IU rather than going the wrong way on 3rd Street. It has been reported the street lights are not working on South Mitchell Street in the evenings.
The street lights on S Mitchell St never come on at night. I am not 100% sure if they are city-maintained or not, though, but was unsure about where else to report this issue.

The stop light at Pete Ellis Drive/Range Road crossing 10th street has definitely changed for the worst. Going north from Pete Ellis to Range Road a car can sit several minutes in the morning with no traffic repeatedly on 10th. I actually watched a co-worker turn into McDonald's in front of me and then be a few cars behind me and go through the light when I did. I just sat over a minute with no traffic on 10th and watched a car back out of Fountain Park apartments, cross their big lot and make the 10th street light - and I still was sitting there and watched cars come over the east view and still make the light while I still waited. This light needs the timing changed or a better sensor.
Construction debris that needs hauled off. It has been here for over a year
This is on a utility pole behind my house at 319 N Dunn St. The pole is located on the south side of 8th St. between Dunn and Grant. It's right next to the small parking spot in my back yard (there's normally a black Subaru Forrester parked there). When I noticed it last night, it was swinging back and forth in the wind. I know absolutely nothing about electrician stuff, but I'm worried that this is an exposed wire from the utility lines that could hurt someone.

I reported this previously and I received a response that all signs are clearly marked (apparently not). The signs indicating "One Way" on the corner of E 6th and Grant, and for that matter, at any intersection on E 6th Street, are not sufficient. There need to be *large* signs indicating DO NOT ENTER to vehicles attempting to turn left onto E 6th from two-way roads that run perpendicular (i.e. Grant, Lincoln). The current signage is not sufficient. Please fix this before a pedestrian or a driver is seriously injured.
It is so sad that the weather keeps un-doing all the wonderful work that the pothole crews are performing daily. For instance: On First, parallel to the Kroger loading dock, between Morton and College, there is a pothole again.
