I live at 3260 Southern Oaks dr there is a cover not on /missing on a water valve at 3256 Southern oaks dr. My neighbor has hit it with his lawn mower and destroyed 2 of them see rust in the picture of the last hit this year. They are Chinese I believe here affiliated with IU. I have tried to put this lid back on and it seems to be not the lid for this or there is another reason it will not fit. It is a trip hazard right next to the sidewalk. Sidewalk in front of house has degraded to a point that it is dangerous if someone used a scooter in the dark along this stretch, or even walking. Next time the owner applies to renew the rental permit, please stipulate that the current sidewalk be taken up and a fresh one poured to match the rest of that block and remove the current hazard.

There is a gold-colored Chrysler Town & Country mini van (Indiana license plate #VAL694) parked in front of the home at 322 E. 1st St. that is legally abandoned under 15.04.020: "A vehicle left on public property continuously without being moved for three days". https://library.municode.com/in/bloomington/codes/code_of_ordinances?nodeId=TIT15VETR_CH15.04DE_15.04.020ABVE This is at least the third time that this vehicle has been abandoned in the exact same spot along East First Street in the past month.

There is a pothole that causes my car to jolt whenever I drive over it. Location is corner of Hillside Avenue and Highland Avenue in Bloomington. Near the southwest corner.
