N Dunn St, on the slope down to the Griffy water plant: a depression on centerline needs filling up. Not technically a pothole, as the pavement is not broken. But a dip 2-3" deep, which causes northbound traffic to go into the other lane to avoid it - as no one wants to risk going too far to the right, off the road, and down the hill into the lake.
The planters in the chicanes and on West Third Street have not been filled with new plants.

To all law enforcement officers, We are deeply troubled by the reporting coming from your town. The so stated "monitoring of online comments", the pandering to ANTIFA anarchists, and the self righteous sense of authority over those who they have none. These ANTIFA anarchists are the enemies of a free public and although we do not think a high trust society needs a police state, the one action worthy of such would be to eliminate these enemies of freedom. Socialism and Communism have no place in America, but mass migration and the propaganda being disseminated en masse by academia and the media have all but sealed our fate. Parking Meters Issues: Over the past few months I have tried to park in street parking only to find that the meters state: Charge Card Only. Of course, you don't know this until you are trying to deposit money in the meter. So, I guess the choice is to pay the fee using a card and also get stuck with the additional service fee or move to another meter. Why are there so many meter using just charge cards? and, why not designate the meters so that I don't have to bother stopping. This I my second request for an answer. I have also called and never received a call back.
A large percentage of parking meters around the Main Branch of Monroe County Public Library are not working. They either will not accept a debit or credit card (i.e. cannot read the cards) or have a black screen so that a user is unable to read in the steps needed in order to pay for parking. The meters in question are on Lincoln between Kirkwood and 6th, 6th between Lincoln and Grant, and Grant between 6th and Kirkwood. I have not tried parking on Kirkwood so I don't know if there's any issue with those meters. Every time I attempt to park in this area, I must try at least three times before I am able to find a working meter.
