This vehicle appears to have been abandoned near 5386 Hoge Dr for over a year. The people in this neighborhood feel that it should have been tagged by the City of Bloomington some time ago.
People are again living in the shelters at Butler Park. Not only are they preventing others from using the facilities but they are leaving trash, clothing, and other messes when they do leave.
The same trash, including glass and open bags of food waste, has been occupying the sidewalk and yard next to the sidewalk since Monday evening.
The tenant leaves their trash can on the sidewalk all week long, obstructing pedestrian traffic.
The water pressure is really low.

Traffic signal at Bloomfield Road and Landmark: The green light for Bloomfield Road is only 9 seconds long, even when there is NO TRAFFIC on Landmark. There were 8 cars ahead of me, traveling westbound on Bloomfield, and it took two light cycles to get through. During that time, there was no traffic at Landmark.
