Our most recent bill includes a 'past due balance' amount which is $93.72. This amount had already been paid by us on September 8th. Can we please understand why it is being charged again in the new monthly bill?
My bill does not seem correct. I have gone through the past year of bills and the water usage and the wastewater usage have always been equal. This month it it showing my water usage as being 7, which is much higher than normal, normally a 3, and the wastewater usage is still at a 3. Is there a way to find out if this is correct or not? Doesn't seem right to me.
I have not received a bill for this month as of yet.
I wish that on the online billing for water/sewer bills you could set it up to allow you in advance to pick the date to pay your bill like other companies do like Vectren and Duke. At this time if you want to pay your bill on the due date you have to wait til the due date to pay it. Very inconvenient. I like going on line and set up manually when to pay my bills but can't do this with Bloomington utilities.

I just got a bill for well over one thousand dollars., It is just not possible that I used that much water. How do I challenge this bill?
My water bill was 37.71 last month and has increased to 96.47 this month. My account # 49928-002
Our CBU water bill was incorrect for the month of November.
I tried to log into my COB account so I could pay my utility bill that is due on Tuesday (11/26/2019) and when I entered my account information and pressed login it presented the dialogue in the picture that is attached to this message.
