I spoke to customer. Felice wanted to go on line and be able to choose a date for her bill to get paid. I offered Aqua-Pay, which she didn't want to do. I then offered to sign her up for eBill, she declined that as well. I told her she could go online and pay her bill any time, she didn't want to have to remember to do that. I told her I would pass her suggestion along to the appropriate dept.
