DO YOU KNOW WHAT’S IT’S LIKE TO SEE A COCKROACH THEN POOP YOUR BRAINS OUT AFTER EATING PIZZA THEN NOT BE ABLE TO FILL OUT A FORM UNDER THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT WITHOUT FIGURING OUT HOW TO FILL OUT THE FORM???? UNACCEPTABLE TO WOMEN & CHILDREN WHO ARE SMALLER & MORE SENSITIVE IMMUNE SYSTEMS. AND FOR THE RECORD AFTER MY CHILD POOPED HIS BRAINS OUT AFTER EAST- SIDE STEAK N SHAKE SEVERAL YEARS AGO WHEN I CALLED THE LADY TOLD ME BLOOMINGTON DOESNT ENFORCE HAIRNETS IN BLOOMINGTON BECAUSE COLLEGE KIDS HAVE DREADLOCKS - I ALMOST THREW UP

Large and 8-10 in deep pothole on north side Rhorer Rd just west of Sare, westbound lane

There is a massive pot hole that formed recently. More than likely caused by a snow plow. It is located on the right side of the westbound lane of E Rhorer Rd at the intersection of S Sare Rd. I hit it just after turning from the stop sign and blew my tire. It is very difficult to see after dark and very dangerous as it is right before a blind hill.

Rhorer Rd is very dangerous due to the numerous pot holes. Vehicles are swerve into the other lane to avoid the pot holes.

There's about 25 potholes on Rhohrer Road, between Sare and Walnut. They've been there for weeks. It seems like the City is ignoring this. One of the potholes is extremely deep. The City has put up a rough road sign now, but cannot fix the potholes?

At the end of Amaryllis Dr and Kinser Pike on the east side of the street there is a 5 foot long pothole that requires cars to slowly creep into traffic. This is not only a dangerous pothole, but a nuisance to all residents of Bloomington.

A small tree and some christmas lights were ripped out of my lawn Sat. night

There is an invasive vine, possibly grapevine, that is pushing over plants bordering a city sidewalk and at time obstructing the walk. I have cut it back several times; most recently a few weeks ago. Would the city or someone else be able to get rid of the vine and/or cut the greenery farther away from the sidewalk. The sidewalk borders a marsh and is right across from the pond on Tapp, on Adams Hill Circle.

Car parked in Whittington Commons on Allen Street has sat for 3+ months and is blocking the mailboxes. The license plate begins with AIFxxx. The car is a burgundy sedan with a busted driver’s window that has been bagged and tapped. It blocks parking and is hazardous as well as an eyesore.
