Weeds and piles of pine needles on sidewalk, vines on wall encroaching.
Case #169080 should be 777 N. Oolitic St. not 805. The map had no pinpoint for 777.
In the attached photo of the property at 801 N. Oolitic St., I have circled the vehicle that I am referencing in this report. This vehicle does not operate and has been sitting, unmoved, for six months, if not a year. The vehicle is not directly on the street, it sits in the grass at the edge of the road - technically a city right-of way. Nevertheless....to quote city ordinance 15.04.020-Abandoned Vehicle(6) "Abandoned vehicle" means "A vehicle that is three or more model years old (it is), and mechanically inoperable (it is), and is left on private property continuously in a location visible from public property for more than twenty days (it absolutely is clearly visible from my property, every neighbors' property, and any passerby.) Whether anything like the engine, transmission, or differential has been removed is unknown to me, but it may also fit under definition (4) of "abandoned vehicle." This vehicle is an eyesore to myself and my neighbors. Please take the necessary measures to have it removed. Thank you.
White Jeep SUV vehicle, doesn't run, hasn't been moved for possibly a year. Has no license plates.
As a repeat of case #168433, since it was filed May 8th and the issue has not been resolved....There is a white Jeep SUV type vehicle abandoned in plain public view at the front edge of the property along the street at 801 N. Oolitic St. This vehicle does not operate and has been sitting, unmoved, for at least six months, if not a year. The vehicle is not directly on the street, it sits in the grass at the edge of the road - technically a city right-of way. Our property located at 805-807 N Smith Rd has a blind driveway. As you can see in the picture, you are NOT able to see oncoming vehicles as you try to exit the driveway. This needs to be cleared and/or needs a sign near the convenience store about a blind drive. It is very dangerous.
This is a follow-up. The initial report through this portal was on 2/11/19. It is case #167396. This situation is about to get worse as the weather improves and the vegetation begins to grow. This is very dangerous and needs attention. This is the text from my original report: Our property located at 805-807 N Smith Rd has a blind driveway. As you can see in the picture, you are NOT able to see oncoming vehicles as you try to exit the driveway. This needs to be cleared and/or needs a sign near the convenience store about a blind drive. Trash bin wheel was found to be broken after truck pickup this morning
Lawn looks more like a forest. Please ask owner to make an attempt to maintain this small property.
Location: 806 S. Stull Ave., Bloomington A car is blocking my driveway AGAIN this morning! The yellow curb paint is wearing off across my driveway so it is difficult at night to see that a car should not park there. Can you please come out and repaint my yellow curb? Thank you so much!
