These tenants never put back their trash and recycling bins. The sidewalk is narrow and the road busy. I sometimes have to take my dog into busy 3rd St. to get around the bins. Problem is at 411 3rd St. and has been an ongoing problem.

I live in Claybridge Dr. IN 47401. I am really sorry and disappointed by your policy practice. You send a notice about 2 month ago and announced you would collect continuously. But you did just one time. Look around several places here. The street is dirty full of leaves. It is decaying. Please clean up as soon as possible. If you don't our villages will rise up!!!!!!!!!!

100 companies are responsible for 71% of global emissions yet the City has decided local residents and their cars are the primary culprits in its parking garage denial, particularly those residents who may not have the luxuries of time, money, age, health, location, or ability to utilize other transportation modalities. This is what liberal privilege looks like, a total disconnect from the reality of working families.

Is the traffic sign on North Smith correct? I originally saw January 1-3 before realizing was January through March for utilities. Three months?! Is the City aware of how heavy the road is used by commuters? Can utility work be prioritized and expedited? What alternative arrangements is the City making to accommodate traffic? Thank you. Glad something is getting fixed but please don't take that long on that particular road stretch. Guessing something with sewer there?

Meter #7671 (handicapped) at the corner of Kirkwood and Walnut is not giving time for coins and would not accept a card after we inserted $1.25 at about 6:45 pm on Wednesday, Dec. 19. We put a note on the meter since it accepted our money to park. If we receive a ticket, I will appeal based on this report. - Janice and Allan Headley, 812-336-5112.

ACCESSIBILITY: I ride the bus to work at the Gov. Agency building at 1531 S. Curry Pike, and there most definitely needs to be a sidewalk that continues to wrap around further toward the bus stop so that wheel chairs or folks with other disabilities do not fall into the road. The area is super muddy, and even someone with good balance like me can't walk through it. There is a sidewalk leading through the parking lot, but where the bus drops you off there is no actual sidewalk, and the bus won't drop someone off at the actual sidewalk due to it obstructing the parking lot entrance. All it would take is probably about 20-30 feet of sidewalk right there. There may already be a number of complaints, but I really hope it gets fixed so someone doesn't flip their wheelchair into the road or something. There are piles of leaves on E . Brownridge Rd and Fieldcrest in Hoosier acres that need to be collected . The leaves block drainage.
