(See case 168547 for reference) I had a heart attack and quadruple bypass at the age of 40 - that was six years ago. I still suffer from residual problems. Nevertheless, I was out today clearing out a fence line that my neighbor has allowed to grow up with invasive honeysuckle. The guy passed away and the property is in the middle of probate, so there is no one to do anything but me. As I was out in the heat having difficulty breathing, I got mad because I remembered the property that I have been reporting since MAY for piles of trash in the backyard and for overgrowth blocking the wheelchair ramp and driving line of sight - this property being 913 West 11th Street. I can't afford to hire someone, so I work in ways I shouldn't to keep my property nice and respectful to the neighborhood while an attorney for the city uses a property in the same neighborhood for a trash dump. Jo Stong has let this go. Jo Stong has not done her job. Jo Stong has let Michael slide because of his position. Jo Stong has NOT followed protocol with this case. Daily fines should have been given long ago. This property should have been cleaned up long ago - following city protocol, but it hasn't. There is little difference, if any between the trash now and the trash when I first reported it in MAY. Jo Stong closed the initial case as "resolved." This is fraudulent recording. The case has not been resolved or even started to be resolved. I have been watching this property closely because of the severity of the filth and garbage and its safety and health hazard to say nothing about Michael's absolute disrespect to the neighborhood. Whether intentional or not, Jo Stong has been completely ineffective and lazy with this case. I don't now if they will be any more effective, but it's because of this that, as of 6/20/2019, this case, with all of its details and photos, has been reported to IDEM. Note: Your mapping system will not let me place a pin on 913. The address is not 1001 West 11th. It is 913 West 11th.

There is someone living in a tent in the backyard of 801 W 7th. The owner already has two unrelated people living on the property besides him and now there is someone living in a tent in the yard.
Sat june 22- put in $2 of quarters- it only increased by15 min. Tried again when it expired but would not add minutes.
On Walnut Street the sidewalk near the railroad is covered in glass pieces, which is a hazard for people and animals making the sidewalk inaccessible for dog walking. There is also often glass in the grass between the sidewalk and the road, which again is a hazard for animals.

The underbrush on Headley o the second elbow turn by the IU golf course needs to be cleared so that folks can see who is coming. With all the summer traffic to the lake, it has become dangerous. Joyce Poling
Relevant to ticket #169078, does this mean the first sign ("City of Bloomington Authorized Parking Only") is to be ignored entirely? If so, what purpose does it serve? I find this signage confusing and I know I'm not alone.
Looks like this pothole could do some damage. 1000 block of 6th St.
