The house located at 2231 N. Martha Street is zoned residential single-family (RS), in the Matlock Heights historic district, but it is being used as a fraternity house (Aloha Kappa Lambda), with attendant problems (noise violations, traffic, trash, etc.). This would seem to be a violation of the city’s zoning ordinance.
I have moved and need my address updated to 401 S Notre Dame AVE, South Bend IN 46617. This is for account #504-003 and my name is Lori Hiscock

Hello, I live at 4217 E Morningside Dr. This morning was our pickup and when I went to wheel my can away the right wheel is very loose. Still on but wobbly. I then noticed a divot in my grass right where the can was. Looks like the can return was a little too forceful! Not sure what the next steps are. Pic included. Dean Barrett dbbarret@iu.edu
Street lamp is out on the NE corner of Grant and 11th. Please replace with a yellow-orange bulb to match the majority of the others in the neighborhood, not a bright white one such as those at Cottage Grove/Grant and Cottage Grove/Lincoln. They cast a harsh and unpleasant light. Thank you.
Street lamp on the SE corner of Lincoln and 11th periodically goes out then comes back on a few moments later. If it is due for replacement, please replace with a yellow-orange bulb to match the majority of the others in the neighborhood, not a bright white one such as those at Cottage Grove/Grant and Cottage Grove/Lincoln. They cast a harsh and unpleasant light. Thank you.
Case #170190 has not been resolved. There is trash on the ground on the east side of the house and a pile of refuse on the SE corner of the property visible from the alley that is mostly cardboard and will become a mess when the next rain occurs.
I had my water turned off without receiving notification.
This is on 6th Street between Walnut and Washington Streets on the north side of the road on the northwest corner of the alleyway. The sidewalk is raised above a 1/2" (ADA says less) making it hard for a manual wheelchair to get over it. Must go around the block or out into the street. Can it be smoothed down or asphalt added to make it beveled?
