It seems to be in the area of the strip of land that would run from Gordon Pike up towards the police training center along Walnut. It is dark out. These low rumbling noises -- almost like beating or shaking baking pans -- have been going on for hours. It is now 10pm and they are still happening. A lot of evenings they occur after dark for various amounts of time. What is that noise?
