We sent in a mold test because my son has not been feeling well. The test came back with 4 different types of mold. I have complained to the landlord and they said they took a test and it came back negative. We have not seen the test and they said they have an attorney. I need to get my son out of their. Its affecting his health
We rent this house from Cedarview Management. Our heating system is broken and Cedarview has not made strong attempts to fix it. It is 40-50 degrees in our house.

HAND has left a notice on the "front door" of this house (12th Street side), but the actual door that is used to get into the house is the deck door off the alley. Current tenants probably will never see the notice unless it is moved to the door that they use.
Sewage keeps backing up in our bathtub - smells terrible, toilet doesnt flush when this happens and cant be used. Standing water on the floor/carpet. These issues keep happening and the apartment complex says that they fix it and then it happens again. This time maintenance said it is an airconditioning unit. I can explain more if you can call me. New residents are not being informed about what can be put in recycling containers. The result is that many recycling bins are left unemptied by the garbage workers, and then they remain sitting on the street for weeks and nothing is ever done.
