Rental house (too many renters) across the street from us facing Sare Road (right by Spicewood II sign) has a large sectional that has been sitting in driveway for a month. This is a nice neighborhood not accustomed to seeing debris sitting in driveways. There is also a large box truck that is continually parked on the grass. This is what happens when rentals are not inspected….the decks are falling off & the gutters are drooping…totally unacceptable. Thank you for checking on this situation. Please get back to me. By the warehouse along the Bline: The lack of adequate facilities for the homeless population in Bloomington, combined with all the overgrown vegetation, and potentially the use of the warehouse as a shelter, has resulted in ~ 10 cars being slept in overnight. That part is fine. However, there are no facilities for people to use the restroom, which results in the vegetation (behind the warehouse) and along the Bline being used as a latrine. Can Bloomington please pay attention to the homeless issue and take it seriously? Covid is not going away there must be facilities for people to use the restroom and throw away their rubbish. Currently, it's thrown all over the street on Hillside. Portland built tiny home communities to help with the homeless population, others offer hotel rooms, still other cities provide YMCA-type facilities. Bloomington continues to take this problem seriously and help this critical component of our community! With regard to restrooms in particular, given our current pandemic, safe and sanitary options for human waste are essential. We still do not know whether coronavirus can spread through human feces. Given that we live on karst topology, it is crucial that people aren't pooping outside (never mind walking through it and the horrid smell).

i live on madison and this place is an eye sore and their trash blows around the neighborhood. they even turned their backyard into a parking lot and put a trailer there. this is bring the whole neighbor hood down

two buildings on the property look vacant and are crumbling. In the satellite pic you can even see the hole in the roof on the building on the left. The middle building looks like a hoard and I'm confident the owner doesn't live in it anymore. Last week the mailbox was knocked over, then trash was all over the yard. There are missing windows, visible trash inside from the road. The barrier around the middle trailer is now broken is several places, leaving the underside of the trailer open to neighborhood cats. I worry for the people living in the single viable traier.

For over a year now, an unsightly and unsanitary toilet has been parked prominently in the front yard of the property, causing significant distress and potential health hazards to the surrounding residents. This is an eyesore and safety concern. The toilet's presence detracts from the character and well-being of the neighborhood, and despite a previous complaint filed under case number 184694S, no change has been made.
