THIS is somehow better than it was before the NOV?!!!! THIS is unacceptable! Those are STORAGE BINS under that tarp...those belong IN a shed or something! Plus there are tires stacked up and a ton of other stuff! This HAS NOT been resolved!

Hoarding! Lots of items in the yard uncovered. This has been an eye-sore for YEARS. The city refuses to do anything about this. My property value has declined due to this unsightly issue. Not to mention the rodents, snakes and bugs that call this place a home. Shame on them and shame on the city for continually allowing this!
