504 Grimes Lane dog(s) barks 24/7. Seems to be possibly locked out of house on the porch.
The deer population is as bad as the homeless population. They are a danger to humans and we endanger the deer. They hiss at me when I talk my dog for a walk to the point that I fear the deer will attack me. I am constantly having to watch for deer and they have literally ran right into my car. Deer are not supposed to live in a city so why are they in ours. They are not friendly nor are they safe for the residents. Just like the homeless people. This city has become more dangerous than I could have ever imagined and I have lived here for 30 years. I am very disappointed in the city and the way its progressing. Columbus has more job opportunities than Bloomington which is sad.
This neighbor continuously has pans of food on the ground. Sometimes it is birdseed, but it is currently cat food and has also been cheetoh balls. Walking by, we have witnessed many animals, other than birds and most often NOT birds, eating out of these pans. So many deer, groundhogs, raccoons, skunks, cats. I am not looking for someone to necessarily get a fine, but I do know they’re aware of the deer feeding ordinance, but they have continued to do so so more education seems necessary about the harmful effects of this practice. There are pans in the front of the yard and also around back behind their garden. The dead grass all over the yard makes it a parent how much feeding has occurred over the years.
Incessant barking until late hours in the evening, continually
209 N. Sheffield persistent dog barking.

It appears that a bird has dropped a dead squirrel in our lawn next to our steps at 508 N. Lincoln Street and is causing a very foul smell in the area. We were wondering if the town could help in removal of the dead animal.
5 dogs left in back yard all day constantly barking
