The elevator has been out of service for three weeks as of last Saturday. It would be helpful if a notice could be placed at the entrance to the garage itself in addition to the elevator doors, so that someone who can't manage stairs will know the elevator isn't available. Regarding the "Hilton" public parking garage. The elevator has been out of service for about 6 weeks. Hoping it will be fixed soon as I use this garage fairly often. Thank you.
Non running vehicles lined down the road in front of Wheeler being used for housing
The gates to the parking garage have been frequently left up last month and for part of this month. I know they are left up on Sundays, but there have been times where they’re up during the week day. I hate to complain, but I don’t think it is fair to those who pay $100 a month in parking when others can park in here for free.
Inserting quarters into this meter does not add time/meter is not operating properly.
Parking spot lines on Madison St / 7th St need to be repainted. I've submitted 4-5 Ureports on this since 2018 and been told it would be taken care of each time. This isn't even my car in the picture, but I'm not sure how you can keep ticketing people here. The spots are not marked at all. Parking Enforcement has become very aggressive on this block despite no efforts to improve anything in 6+ years.

New tenants have been parking in and blocking N/S alley that abuts east side of property.
