Four way stop at E. Longview and N. Glenwood West. Issue: vehicles fail to fully stop at stop signs. Hazard and safety concern for pedestrians and park users in this four-way stop location. Request: Mark stripes at each stop sign where vehicles are to fully stop. This to cause some attention to this stop sign issue where folks roll through and sometimes do not stop this causing danger for park users in the "hill area" chasing a ball and small children. Just requesting four bold stripes to delineate the stop sign marking on the street to emphasize the requirement to stop. Please reply so I know that you have received this request. At the intersection of East 10th street and N Smith Rd, N Smith R gets very backed up because traffic does not stop on East 10th. If someone wants to turn left, they have to wait for traffic coming from both ways. There is one lane on N Smith Road so traffic becomes backed up very quickly when someone needs to turn left. This happens especially in the afternoon. Traffic can become so backed up it extends past Meadow Park Apartments, nearing a hill. This can be dangerous when cars cannot see the stopped traffic until after coming over the hill.

paint on the speed bumps has faded along Longview and the speed bumps are difficult to see. It would be great if they could be repainted. Really all of Longview needs repaving, but I know that isn't happening this year and it would be helpful if the painting could happen sooner rather than later to increase the visibility of those bumps.

Traffic signal at the intersection of E 17th Street and N Woodlawn Ave changes to red for 17th street vehicles although no vehicles are on Woodlawn Ave to activate their light to green. This is backing traffic up 17th Street in the mornings.
