A couple of months ago the city started installing new stormwater pipes on E Saratoga Dr. The project appears to have been abandoned mid-way through. One side of the street remains dug up and very loosely covered with gravel. Construction equipment has never been moved. Is there a timeline for finishing the project and restoring the road?

We are contacting you with hopes of getting some advice regarding the storm water stream that runs along E Vernon Ave in Matlock Heights neighborhood. There is a storm/ rain water stream( path) that runs under N Dunn Rd , goes west on E Vernon Ave and under Fritz Dr and eventually goes into a larger creek. Over the past few years this pathway has been deteriorating with some of the road erosion happening right before the water goes into the culvert under our driveway. The previous owner of our property added some rocks and blocks but it does not solve the road erosion problem. We are needing guidance and help since we do not know how to address the erosion and also the public road. Water bubbling up through pavement along north side of Arden Dr just west of the intersection with Wilton Dr. I reported this earlier in Case #182328. It was reportedly investigated and resolved. But I don't know what "resolved" means. It is still happening, just as it was when the temperature was well below freezing.

During the rain event on Wednesday evening (Jan 18), I notice significant water standing at the NE corner of 3rd and College. Several cars, including mine, moved into the center lane (west bound) on 3rd, to ensure that the rising water would not come into contact with the car. Can the drain at that NE corner/intersection be checked/cleared? This is the second time I have experienced this at that intersection, this year.
hello, i live in South crest estates Bloomington IN, for weeks now there has either been NO water, barely any pressure, or just drips coming out. We have Spoke to Management here, and they say it has to do with the city. My children have been in the middle of showers, and it turns off bc there is NO PRESSURE it is NOT okay anymore, it is flu season, people are sick, people need to shower, PEOPLE NEED WATER. Like i said i and multiple others have tried to talk to management but they say they can’t do anything. This is a health hazard and it needs to be solved, i have kids that are sick and puking and we can not even flush the puke down. it will only allow me to include (1) photo so here is that. Thanks for replacing curb removed to repair water main break. But, will the city fill the space behind the new curb to prevent erosion and standing water? The yard was dug up by the city to work on the water pipe.
The Hunter footpath (maintained by the city) between Eastside Drive and Mitchell is starting to get flooded again by a spring that has resurfaced.If nothing is done, it will become a breeding place for mosquitoes in the summer and an icy path in the winter.
