The resident at 2231 is not removing their bloomington trash containers from the street. they use 4-6 containers and they keep them on the street during the entire week. this was already reported as per below. On the south side of E Cottage Grove, between numbers 714 and 712, there is poison ivy (among the other vines) on a tree on private property not too far from the sidewalk. The house in the photo is 712, but upon looking at the maps and street view, I think the tree is on the 714 property. I figure I can leave that to you to figure out officially.

Trash heap, open bags spilling over sidewalk and onto street. Unacceptable. On Washington street sidewalk. Residents need to be aware of their responsibilities and cleanup essential for a safe and civil city. Please help. A visit from city official usually solves the problem and prevents future issues. See issue #182770. They just ripped down the citation and left the trash bin on the sidewalk and the bags full of garbage littering the yard. What good is a citation if there is no way to follow up with a fine? These are students who will likely be moving out in a couple months.
