Bamboo in the backyard and easement

I recently purchased a house, but the easement property behind (Duke) has been a debris pit for somebody in the neighborhood. It seems to be mostly leaves on top, but there are also tires & chairs floating inside.The pile is starting to slide into my property. I am not sure what to do, since it is easement property. I would like to eventually put up a fence in the back, but the sliding debris pile would problem ruin any ability to do that. If this department cannot help with this situation, please direct me to a department that can. Rebecca Rice

Hi can you please get this to the right person? House next to mine is rental but tenants moved out weeks ago and owner/management co has not mowed the lawn and it's crazy long! Follow up on ticket 185883. See the picture, The talk did no good, they missed trash pickup again and more trash is strewn about.

The residents "moved out" over month ago, and the trash outside of the property is still piled around the building. there was some effort to remove what is out front, but there still remains quite a bit around the sides and piled against the house out back. Also, although the grass was "cut" it was not cut well or low enough, it definitely needs cutting. This is a mosquito and tick haven. Please have something done about it. If fines have not already been assessed perhaps that would motivate the property owners.

Trash still not taken out (week four, at least). Recycling cart full of trash. One bag on front porch has come open, spilling out food trash, which blows into others’ yards. This is not safe, and not cool. City says it’s monitoring, but it would seem not.
