South bound lane,West side of street, going uphill, there is a prominent outward portion of the curbing. It is painted yellow, but now black from repeated contact by vehicle tires. It needs to be rounded off, and move toward the sidewalk. When I struck this prominent angled curb, it resulted in a blowout of my right front tire. The Bland wrecker truck driver said “ Oh, I get lots of business from that curb” so my experience is not unique. Please fix for the nest drivers, and contact me if there are any questions. A large 'Envirosac' filled with waste concrete from a sidewalk repair has been sitting for weeks in the tree plot next to the sidewalk at 535 S. Wash. There is also a lot of gravel and other debris still covering the sidewalk in the repair area. It is a safety hazard, as well as making our neighborhood less attractive.
