Substantial disregard for property keeps occurring with whoever is laying fiber on E. Morningside. Water main burst at 4021 E. Morningside Drive. CBU dug up my yard to do repair. Please confirm that will be fixed by CBU via spring planting season for grass, etc.? The fiber team, if you can provide me contact information for a complaint if possible, was driving their truck through my yard today again including over areas CBU dug, causing significant depressions. When called out when I went out front a few minutes ago, they asked "What damage?" before I had to point it out and they said they would fix. A truck remains driving back and forth in my front yard at present. I am tempted to call the police. They are beyond any sort of easement, which they are abusing to begin with. This is getting ridiculous.

I live down the street from a construction site which is consistently incredibly noisy very early in the morning. I have reported this construction site for noise violations before, and the problem was, for a time, resolved. However, the problem has started again as they are once again beginning work early in the morning (around 5 a.m.) which, I am aware, is well before the time they are supposed to start even staging for their operations.
I am an IU grad student and I need to be able to rest. I am aware that my neighborhood is in a rather defunct part of town, but people still live here and need to be able to function as normal. Please help this to stop.
Thanks sincerely,
Thade Correa

The prior uReport was finalized by saying the issue was mitigated. I walked by this morning and it hasn't been mitigated. The missing sidewalk is on the west side of Sare Rd about 200 yards south of Moore's. It's across the street from the Verona Coffee shop.
Here's the prior uReport from 2020: https://na01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fbloomington.in.gov%2Fcrm%2Ftickets%2Fview%3Fticket_id%3D173087&data=05%7C01%7C%7C96686622ce2641ad333a08db9e6eaddb%7C84df9e7fe9f640afb435aaaaaaaaaaaa%7C1%7C0%7C638277970417164676%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=KqGpEZxMRKpA1%2B1nF7GBbFKnVLL8kHbHvU%2BBswotpI4%3D&reserved=0

Recurring problem. See #184772, #177627, #184699, #184577, etc. Actual address not clear, as it is on the property line of two lots. Plants are overgrown into the sidewalk along the south side of Cottage Grove just east of Grant Street. Pedestrians need to use that side of the street to avoid the fraternity in the apartment building on the north side of the street.

A small square of asphalt (about 1 foot by 1 foot) was cut out of the road immediately in front of our driveway at 4021 E. Morningside Drive during a repair. It was filled with gravel but has not yet been repaved so are requesting that get filled in with asphalt/pave.
Thank you.

The problem is at 1000 S. Lincoln. This is on the corner of Lincoln and Allen. A tree has overgrown, completely blocking the sidewalk on Allen and the alley between Lincoln and Washington.
