Tree limbs and overgrowth are growing into the public utility lines, along High Street. The sidewalk is unsafe, has not been cleaned, is covered in debris, yard waste, and mud. The excessive water drainage from the house, has caused a pothole in the public street (High Street), with a blacktop patch, that is unsafe, and collects water and debris. Not even level with the roadway.
Public sidewalk is obstructed by tree and flora overgrowth. Not pruned to 8 ft for sidewalk, not pruned to 15 ft for street.

This property collects water in its basement, owner disposes of water by running a hose tube, to the property line, which causes soil erosion, utility pole erosion, and water on public sidewalk.
Owner has made no attempt to dispose of fallen leaves, or any dead yard waste (limbs, flora, broken fence materials, tree logs). The leaves grow and spread fungus and disease. The trees lining the public street and sidewalk, have been affected by this fungus, and have disease and pests. Erosion undercutting sidewalk. Half way between Fenbrook Ct. and S. Baldwin Dr. on the north side of Fields Dr (aka Fenbrook Ln) near the retention pond the sidewalk is undercut and will eventually break. The erosion is on the north edge of the sidewalk.
Several sidewalk lights along both Lincoln Street Kirkwood Ave (by Old National Bank) are out. It is very dark in several areas at night.
The sidewalk and bike lane (especially) are in need of repair. It is difficult and dangerous to bike with so many holes, loose gravel and uneven surfaces on N. Smith Road between Morningside and 10th Streets, Bloomington.
There is a lot of trash in the road and on the surrounding sidewalk.
