Tree on the east side over the sidewalk needs trimming as it hits one in the head when walking on the sidewalk.

Property manager does not maintain sidewalk clearance. Passersby have removed obstructive invasive branches which remain piled in the yard. The tree in the photo has multiple invasive weeds that need to be removed as well as the tree trimmed back from the sidewalk. There is another tree north of this location that is in similar condition. I personally brought this to the attention of the property manager with no response. Hence turning to uReport. Thanks.

When it rains, water sheds to the west off the B-Line and drops sediment on the sidewalk along Kirkwood. It seems preferable that the water would shed toward Morton Street where the storm water drains can other job. The sediment deposit from the rain last week is still covering the sidewalk on the north side of Kirkwood.

The resident at 2231 is not removing their bloomington trash containers from the street. they use 4-6 containers and they keep them on the street during the entire week. this was already reported as per below. There is still trash all over the street and frontage of 223 N Morton St. Residents of the building continually throw trash (beer cans/bottles, liquor bottles and fast food containers) along the sidewalk and on top of the red canopy over the big rack in front of unit 208. There are cans and bottles on top of the structure that blow off onto cars and into the street causing a hazard to pedestrians and motorists. There are smashed bottles/ broken glass all near the alleyway. This is unacceptable and must be dealt with. The city has been notified multiple times.
