Our tenants are having trouble seeing to the left of the stop sign @ Eastgate LN & SR 46. There's quite a bit of overgrowth on that sidewalk area limiting the visibility.

Our front north sidewalk floods every time it rains. It washes away the mulch in my flowerbeds and causes the sidewalk to be muddy and a trip hazard.
Trash bins have been sitting in front yard and on sidewalk for weeks. Request they be stored in back (west side) of house.
I have speeding cars using my street (East Park Lane) as a shortcut from/to Smith Rd to 3rd St/Pete Ellis. This will only get worse when the new IU hospital opens. We have new families with children walking and biking this street. There isn't a sidewalk and this isn't about the amount of traffic. It is a road psychology issue. An example: delivery and lawn-care trucks w/trailers use out street to avoid the speedbumps on Morningside and Longview. Thank you for your attention.
Tree limb is going to fall on sidewalk - Gary our parking enforcement mentioned it and examination verifies it. Photo attached.
Black car is parked on sidewalk
Bricks surrounding this sewer grate in front of our local business were missing on Sunday 9/6/20. A city staff member who was in his truck next door offered to temporarily remedy it and came back to do so...the brickwork is not finished and needs to be professionally installed, as it's still a hazard to pedestrians. Too much space sits between the bricks and they are not securely in place. Thank you (and JD Boruff) for working on this, and past sidewalk issues along this block of East Kirkwood.
Large (4foot long) rocks collapsed onto sidewalk
The sidewalk out front of Chow Bar on Indiana Avenue has a hole in it that could be dangerous as it is big enough to consume at least the toe of an adult shoe, most of a child's shoe, and all of a dog's paw. The hole is right by a manhole cover.
There is still trash all over the street and frontage of 223 N Morton St. Residents of the building continually throw trash (beer cans/bottles, liquor bottles and fast food containers) along the sidewalk and on top of the red canopy over the big rack in front of unit 208. There are cans and bottles on top of the structure that blow off onto cars and into the street causing a hazard to pedestrians and motorists. There are smashed bottles/ broken glass all near the alleyway. This is unacceptable and must be dealt with. The city has been notified multiple times.
