The southwest corner of 4th and Rogers intersection has terrible drainage and creates a giant puddle that makes it impossible for pedestrians to cross without stepping into inches of pooled water. The harder it rains, the worse it gets. The giant puddle doesn't go away quickly, either. Please fix this sidewalk.

This is Rebekah Deckard responding to the email on people making it difficult for me to get in vehicles of those who come to pick me up to go places to not only being physically disabled but legally blind. I attempted to reply to the email on there being a parking pad cancaretakers (I have help besides caretakers. Ex: rides to church) not pick me up there. I am certain I stated how all park in the front to the house being on the corner intersecting with two roads it is on a slope/ hill. So the driveway is very difficult for me. When some have parked there (to my front entrance of sidewalk very close to it being blocked basically) the door of the passenger side I am in almost shuts on my leg. I am also 4'10" so this makes things more difficult to most do not have smaller lower sitting vehicles I can just step out of.. in fact sometimes I must use a step stool type device to get into the vehicle. As well as the steps to enter the back pose a risk of my falling. I request others not use the back entrance to the storm door is off balance so it does not close properly. Despite maintenance trying to remedy this. Again, I was certain I stated why I do not use the entrance with the driveway in my original contact. As stated already as well, I tried to reply to the email on thisbonnthe 22. It was returned to me.ni have had medical appointments the past two days so had no time to be online much. The management company has not trimmed the thistle/weeds growing along the driveway and sidewalk and they have become unsightly and hazardous.
I thought there was a street tree category but I can't find it. Nevertheless, I need to report a hazardous dead Ash tree at the corner of my property at W. 11th St and N. Oolitic Dr. It's the tree right next to the Oolitic street sign. The specific address is 1510 W. 11th aka Forest Homes Addition Lot 48. The tree constantly drops extremely large limbs onto the property, the sidewalk right below, and into the edge of the street. Due to the size of the tree, the limbs wouldn't just leave a slight bruise if one fell on a person. Obviously, I understand the difficult situation we find ourselves in at the moment, but I'm hoping this tree can be removed asap. On Thurs, April 30, Bluestone will be removing a large dead tree on my property and I am also paying them to remove a couple large, dead branches from this Ash tree. That won't take care of what is higher up, though. Thank you.
Large limb and couple smaller limbs broke off and fell from city tree on south edge of my property at 1508 W. 11th St. I pulled them back so it would no longer block the sidewalk and be out of the road, but they need to be sawed up and removed. Also, it looks like the tree could use some pruning of other dead limbs to help prevent future issues. Your call on that, obviously. Thank you.
North side of 2nd St: 1210 E 2nd Sidewalk blocked by sandbags and damaged concrete that is a tripping hazard.
Tree and shrubs are blocking the sidewalk in front of the house. It is a hazard to walk over.
