Sidewalk is fully covered with thick mud

Plants on property encroaching onto sidewalk making it dangerous for pedestrians trying to avoid heavy , high speed traffic on atwater avenue. Plants are a trip hazard. Plants are also not allowing for handicap access on that block.

There is a damaged sidewalk with a large crack and significantly uneven surfaces causing a tripping hazard. Many less severe problem spots on sidewalks in the neighborhood have been fixed in the last 1-2 years, but this one was not. Thank you for the attention.

Sidewalk at least half blocked by trimmed bushes. Only 24” wide and no way can a wheelchair get through not to mention two walkers side by side . Then around the corner the same property has allowed there evergreens the grow out onto the sidewalk making it difficult for a wheelchair or walker to get past.

Hello! This property has excessive growth which is overflowing onto the sidewalk along Eagleson. Additionally visibility is very bad when turning onto Eagleson from University. Drivers cannot see traffic approaching from the north

I am a Certified Arborist through the I.S.A. While inspecting trees for Dr. John Labbon today at 2736 E. Brig's Bend I noticed that the city Maple tree to the right of the driveway entrance has co-dominant leaders. The 2 leads are already splitting and the smaller lead will fall onto the city sidewalk where a person walked by while I was doing the tree inspection. Dr. Labbon would like the tree removed. This section of sidewalk on the west side of Sare Rd between Rogers and the SOCC parking lot entrance has been missing for years. It impedes mobility for persons with mobility disabilities and could cause a problem for someone with limited sight. I suspect that Vectren removed the sidewalk and didn't replace it. Thanks, John
