There are two street lights out I believe are city maintained that are just flashing. They are on 100 W. Kirkwood. First one is in front of Tivoli. It’s next to last closest too College Ave. it’s by a bench. Didn’t see a number on pole.
Second light is next to the entrance to Fountain Square Mall. It’s the pole that would be close to Walnut. Or if your looking at the entrance from the sidewalk, it would on the right. It’s also just flashing nonstop as well.

I live at 1020 West 7th Street. The street light across the street from me in front of 1018 doesn't work properly. Sometimes it turns on but it's off most of the time. It's dangerous. I tried to include a photo but it wouldn't let me upload one.

Apparently there is a plan to make the parking spot in front of my house(1 of 2) a handicap spot for the Banneker? This is what I was told by my neighbor. The Banneker has two designated spots next to their building with adjoining ramps. I was curious as to why this additional spot was necessary? Staff and visitors attending Banneker already use a good amount of the parking around the facility. I have a driveway, so it's not an issue for me, it just seems unnecessary.
