Sewage keeps backing up in our bathtub - smells terrible, toilet doesnt flush when this happens and cant be used. Standing water on the floor/carpet. These issues keep happening and the apartment complex says that they fix it and then it happens again. This time maintenance said it is an airconditioning unit. I can explain more if you can call me. Nothing to do with parking meters but In the ally way between the church and chipotle cars are parking in the alley way and signs are posted causing a traffic jam.

The incident occured at approximately 10:20am on 2/15/22. We were performing work at the One City Centre for Connor Reporting (120 W 7th St), when we parked our 2009 Ford Edge in the Taco Bell parking lot. We parked in the lot between 9:50-10:00am. I have 2 main issues with the non-consenual tow I received from TowTime Towing and Breakdown Solutions. #1 I was charged $168 for the tow, when it clearly states in your city ordinance for a max of $135 for the tow [4.32.130]. The car was picked up from the tow facility at 11:03a. #2 I did not receive a copy of any written authorizations from Taco Bell regarding the authorized tow of my vehicle [4.32.100 subsection a]. Please direct me in the correct way to file an appeal against this predatory tow. I am looking to receive full reimbursement for the improper tow. I am also interested in verifying the licensure of TowTime in regards to [4.32.040].

Several parking meters in front of our business are not working due to damage (they are not even installed) - this causes nearby tenants to park in these spots "free" for many days in a row, leaving nowhere for our customers to park. Could we please get an update on when the meters will be reinstalled?
