Not sure if this is streets, sanitation, or animal control but there is a dead baby deer laying across a storm water drain on East Winslow Farm Drive. didn't know if it had been reported.
This is an apparently abandoned house, boarded up (except basement door is open) and yard is severely overgrown, encroaching on sidewalk.
I live at 3500 E Morningside Drive in Bloomington, Indiana. (There are two homes that appear to be at this address. Ours is the light green ranch house with a dark green metal roof.) We have a dark green plastic mailbox by the street. Our mailbox was damaged this morning, 8/9/23, sometime after 6:30am. Our neighbor noticed the damage and notified us this morning at 11:04am. Since today, 8/9/23, is Wednesday, the day that trash and recycling are collected in the Park Ridge neighborhood, we are guessing that the damage was caused accidently by the robotic arm of the sanitation vechicle. We didn't have bins out this morning to empty, but other neighbors did. It was scraped on the top, pushed back and to the side, the plastic on the back was broken, etc. We had a box for the Herald-Times newspaper next to the mailbox which was knocked over during this incident, so my husband removed the post from the ground. Unfortunately I don't have a photo of that. I'm hoping someone would be willing to meet with us to see the damage. If after seeing the damage, they agree this could have been done accidently by the robotic arm of the sanitation vehicle, I'm hoping we could be reimbursed for the damage. Thank you for your time and attention to this concern. Please know that we greatly appreciate the weekly sanitation and recycling services provided by the city staff.
This is a cul-de-sac in Park Ridge East. The paving at entrance to the street is in disrepair. At the top of the cul-de-sac is a huge pot hole. The center of the street is breaking away. To drive up and down this street many times a day is frustrating. It would be wonderful to have it repaved.

Good mornning. While I have made reports in the past, no contact or response was ever received so I started fixing the issue myself. As you can see in the photo, I am having an issue with street erosion an you can see the area I have personally repaired out of pocket. The road is to the point now where it is crumbling apart more rapidly and causing pot holes and trip hazarda. I even have an area that a fiber optic crew crushed part of the road and have never been back to fix it. The area of concern spans approx. 35-40 feet. Query the status of my request for a trash can at the Bloomington Transit Mall bus stop (Endwright Center entrance). See also cases #181718 from October 4, 2022, and #184137 from June 8, 2023. See attached picture from today, and that was only part of the trash out there. Thank you!

Pot holes in street. Located corner of clark and east fifth street. These have been there for MONTHS.
Overgrowth from 328 S. Buckner into the alley causing drivers to drive onto my parking area. I am the homeowner. Underneath and hiding in this overgrowth are fence posts, and a drop of several feet from the hidden stone wall, which is almost level with the alley. There’s also scrapes on my car every time I try to back in to my parking space. The residence at 328 South Buckner have lots of overgrowth throughout their property they mow some areas and leave others just going wild with whatever is just growing from the ground not something planted.
