I was walking along the North side of 3rd st with my children and found the railing here was easy to move and break. I can see there were a few stablizing posts but the are not working. It is broken and unsafe and any adult who doesn't know this and leans on this or tips into it could easily fall onto 3rd st. Please fix asap

Attn. Parks Department A request to install a dog waste station at the Park Ridge park. We have discussed preliminary logistics with staff member Joanna Sparks when she met with us on a related parks initiative. We believe the station will be well utilized and maintained by our park custodial staff member. He provides good consistent service by the way. Griffy is amazing, some of the best trail running around. What isn't amazing is the amount of trash in the parking lot. Some of it is old, some of it new. I was there after 8AM today, some it was probably left last night but regardless it could have been picked up right away this morning. Attendants didn't look busy, mostly getting tech neck. Cleaning up trash has got to be one of the easiest ways to make a positive impact, especially in a nature preserve. Thanks for your help.

I am writing to bring your attention to an urgent matter regarding an unusually high water bill that I have received. My name is Kumar Vinayak, and I am a resident in the Bloomington area. I hope that you can assist me in resolving this issue promptly. Upon reviewing my recent bills, I have noticed a significant discrepancy in the water consumption. In the month of April, the recorded consumption was approximately 30 gallons, while in May, it unexpectedly increased to 35 gallons. These figures are undoubtedly incorrect, as such a volume of water cannot be reasonably consumed by a single individual. To address this concern, we immediately contacted our leasing office, as we suspected a possible emergency situation or water leakage within our house. They promptly responded by inspecting the property thoroughly but found no signs of any leaks or abnormal water usage. This observation leads us to believe that the issue may lie with the meter or its readings, as it seems to be continuously running even when the house is unoccupied. Given our status as students, it is financially burdensome for us to pay the exorbitant amount of approximately $1000 for water alone. This kind of billing discrepancy is highly abnormal, as it greatly surpasses our electricity bill, which amounts to approximately $100 per month. I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and urge you to investigate the issue thoroughly. I have attached a copy of the bill for your reference.
