Hello I used a downtown metered parking space on January 9th and have since been charged two additional times to that card. One of those times I was out of state at the time of charge and the other time is today which I haven’t used metered parking. This is very frustrating and seems like an error in your system. White Toyota sedan car alarm goes off constantly all day for several minutes for the past 3 months. If this is a mechanical issue, it should be fixed by now. The dogs in the neighborhood and the residents at home are constantly bothered by the noise.
