Substandard service for trash and recycling pickup. The recycling crew has repeatedly turned the trash bin as if to indicate trash was picked up when it wasn't, and today the left the bin in the middle of the driveway. Why can't my bins be just put pack where I left them by the side of the driveway, as is done with all the other houses on our street? Perhaps we should just return the recycling bin, and save the money, and put everything in the trash?

As rain come downhill on the street, it sometimes overwhelms our drainage tunnel. Over the years this created a line of crumble in Pickwick, in the last two years this has become a serious hazard for bicycles, pedestrians and not too good for our cars. Is there a chance we could get some blacktop put down on this? I'll be taking bids to resurface my driveway this summer, and it would be best if the street was repaired before this work gets done. In Stella Ridge subdivision. Pothole by curb where E. Cobble Creek drive intersects with S. Smith Road. North side of intersection.

There is an unsafe structure at 1305 S. Park Ave. A family is living in a truck with a makeshift camper built onto the back. There appears to be power ran from the house to the camper. Children are also living outside the residence as well. I understand wanting to help the homeless however, this does not appear to be a safe environment for this family if a fire were to break out from cooking food or an electrical fire.

Dog without visible collar spotted. Attempted to run into road but was scarred into someone yard, then ran up the block towards the Dillon from John Deere. Multiple witnesses attempted to corner to approach the dog, but the dog seemed really scared and ran away. No visible wounds, but the dog was whimpering and drooling. Last spotted running back towards the houses across from John Deere. Dark brown with light brown patches. Similar appearance to a German Shepard, but more likely a mix/mutt. 40-45lbs.
