Hello we are having a serious problem with our neighbor across the street leaving their down off leash , as well as not putting their dog on a runner lead. Which stops the dog from going into other people yards. Our dog has almost gotten hurt because their dog runs into our yard and she gets tangled up on her leash and it has caused her to cry in pain . Last night when we asked our neighbors to come get their dog so we can bring our dog out to go the bathroom we were ignored and they refused to get their dog . This is escalated to almost a physical altercation. I will like to file a complaint and have someone come out because this is against the law and I don’t want anyone to get hurt .

Dear Madam/Sir, I am writing to report an issue concerning the curb and storm drain located at the southern end of Stratford Dr, in front of our residence (3020 S Stratford Dr, Bloomington IN, 47401). The curb is currently obstructed by leaves, twigs, and organic sediment (as shown in the attached photo), impeding effective drainage during rainfall. As a result, our front yard experiences flooding with every rain shower. We kindly request that the curb and its immediate surroundings be thoroughly cleaned to restore proper drainage functionality. Once this maintenance is completed, we are committed to maintaining the storm drain area to ensure its continued effectiveness. Thank you for your attention to this matter. The newish owners of this property have stopped trimming the overgrowth that moves west into the alley. 601 S Grant Street has recently sold and their small tree is now also not being trimmed and is in the alleyway. I submitted a ureport a couple of months ago without my name for the alley, but never heard back. Vehicles have to traverse this alley daily, and it is not being kept clear. Any enforcement is appreciated. Thanks!
