It seems like people are dumping trash along the B-Line Trail. I feel that a lack of trash cans may be to blame. Could more trash cans be added along the trail to help prevent this problem?
Walking my children to school on High Street, the sidewalk in front of the big white house at the corner of Woodstock and High was not cleared and was hazardous. It was the only sidewalk that was not on that street.

The B Clear Open Data portal should follow the best practice of referencing source URLs over the HTTPS protocol. It is served over plaintext `http`: http://bloomington.in.gov/geoserver/publicgis/ows?service=WFS&version=1.1.0&request=GetFeature&typeName=publicgis:CityCouncilDistricts&outputFormat=shape-zip This has practical implications for data users. Esri's ArcGIS Online product only supports loading URLS over 'https', so the current URLs don't work directly with Esri. A test confirmed that the URLs are valid if "http" is simply replaced with "https" in the returned URLs. Hopefully this means that this fix amounts to small configuration change to start referencing the secure versions of the resource URLs. Thanks.
4201 e Morningside didn't shove sidewalk.
The pavement breakup at the intersection of Winslow Farm Drive and So. Highland is really getting awful. I am almost unable to cross that area in my mobility scooter to access the sidewalk to Winslow Sports Complex. Also, a pothole has developed at the SOUTHERN intersection of Moss Creek Drive and Winslow Farm Drive. Several other intersections in Winslow Farm also could use maintenance.

I recently noticed a sign up on the fence of the tennis courts at Sherwood Oaks park, stating they are to be used for tennis only. No exceptions. No soccer, no dogs, no skateboards. Dogs, I understand. If they eliminate on the court- what a mess. Skateboards I understand- they could damage the court surface. But I do not think there is any justification telling my sons they can’t play soccer *tennis* at those courts. My 18 year old has loved playing soccer tennis with his brother or a friend, a couple times a year, since he was about 10 years old. The soccer ball won’t damage the court surface. They are taught by their travel coaches to play soccer tennis as a fun way to improve their ball skills. There is no reason why my family does not have the right to use that court for tennis, just as much a anyone else, provided we are respectful and do not take up too much time (using it for an hour a few times a year I think is very reasonable.). We just happen to use a soccer ball instead of a tennis ball. People with dogs can go to one of the city’s dog parks. People with skateboards can go to one of the city’s skate parks. Where exactly are my son supposed to go to play soccer tennis now? This is a ridiculous exclusion, and can’t be justified.
