Sorry if this is duplicate submission. Not sure last one went through. I have gulley in front of my house that is blocked by growth coming up between sparse rip rap. Water is eroding the gulley by finding path around foliage and leaves carried from upstream. Went out today after rain and water in not draining well at all. Semi truck parked in 7-line in front of the health department seemed to think he was doing me a favor by only blocking one lane. He said he would be there a while if you want to go tell him what he was supposed to have done. In any event I think some more flexi-posts on that stretch are warranted. Thanks!

Can anything be done to discourage residents at olypimus properties on the corner of N.Fairview & 15th st to stop using my property as their dogs spot to urinate & dedicate? Their website says they have a no dog policy.

Large man sized hold with no cover, on the left hand side, going towards Washington. Older woman fell into the hole and had to go to hospital her. Her back is now sore from the fall.

There is an alley directly next to my window that is blocked off immediately after my window. I feel extremely unsafe as there are people, homeless or not, doing drugs and being loud at night. I have contacted my landlord about moving the gate to allow my window to be on the blocked off side but they said it was it was an emergency exit so they could not do anything. I have seen men passed out, stumbling in this alley and feel very passionately about it being blocked off. Please, is there anything you guys can do to make my bedroom feel safer at night.
