Park Ridge neighborhood - We need the street dept. to re-stencil all of the traffic calming symbols and stripes on all the speed bumps. Also, all posts with safety reflectors need to be inspected. Some missing altogether as well as many round reflectors missing. Please follow up - we would appreciate it! Weather is perfect for such work! I believe I have foundation issues that are damaging my apartment (that the maintenance people simply patched over without my knowledge, entering my apartment without my knowledge), a faulty heater, and mold in my vents and possibly air ducts that the BHA has all overlooked over the past year I’ve lived here. The mold has made me sick, i have to restart the heater in the middle of the night in the fall and winter when I wake up and realize it’s 50 degrees in my apartment, and the walls are celebrating from the 2nd story ceiling, the ground floor tiling, and the top of the staircase is starting to warp. I am disabled and have a toddler and they haven’t taken me seriously over here issues. I don’t feel safe in my own home and I have nowhere else to go. Tenant called to say no action has been taken. Additional issues include foundation problems, heater not working properly and extensive mold issues. Complaint inspect. sch. 11/15/21 (MON) @ 1:30 w/JH. Mgmt. notified.

Not shoveling snow on sidewalks

Large Pot Hole in Road in Front of 1333 N Washington St. in Front of the Drive way

Both sides of the sidewalk on 17th street are being blocked off for fiber internet installation causing wheelchairs to have to walk in the road. A violation of the ADA and a safety risk for city residents in general.
